Conditions for reading the journal
Great Northern Brewing Notes is published at greatnorthernbrewing.com. These terms concern the operator’s editorial service and apply only where a legally valid agreement is formed. If you do not accept them, refrain from features requiring assent. Contact [email protected] for questions.
Food, drinks, hospitality and travel articles supply general information and opinion. They are not personal health guidance or a booking service. Alcohol-related reading is intended for adults of legal drinking age. Verify consequential details with original sources or qualified professionals. Prices, opening arrangements and other outside information can change; completeness and accuracy are not guaranteed.
Reading rights and reuse
Personal access and sharing links are permitted. The operator owns material or uses it under lawful permission, license or other authority. Copying, republication and commercial exploitation need any legally required permission. Exceptions such as fair use are not removed. Third-party names and trademarks remain theirs; inclusion does not establish an affiliation.
Correspondence must be material you have the right to supply. Omit unnecessary confidential details. Sending it authorizes handling for receipt, review and reply, rather than an unlimited license to publish private exchanges. Additional rights for publication or commissioned work should be covered by a separate agreement.
Offers and destinations
Advertising, sponsorship or affiliate referrals may support the site. Qualifying actions may produce commissions, and relevant material relationships will be disclosed. Promotional material does not guarantee a service or outcome. Check seller conditions before transacting. Linked services have their own terms and control their own security and availability. Bookings, purchases, accounts, fulfillment and support are handled with those providers; a link does not create a partnership or assumption of responsibility.
Service boundaries
Unauthorized access, circumvented controls, malware and disruption are prohibited. Automation must not overload the publication. Do not send threats, unlawful material, deceptive communications or spam. Access may be reasonably limited to address misuse or protect the site.
Where lawful, service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free information or fitness for a purpose. Indirect and consequential losses from use or inability to use the website are excluded only to the permissible extent. Nonwaivable liabilities, consumer rights and remedies remain preserved.
The operator may revise or withdraw features and material. Amended terms will appear here with any required additional notice or assent; accrued rights will not be removed retroactively. An unenforceable clause leaves remaining terms operative as far as law allows.
